St. Mary’s offers flexible care options designed to support busy families with a range of scheduling needs. Whether you’re looking for full-semester registration, a part-time schedule, or occasional drop-in care, BTC is here to help. Students may enroll for as many days per week as needed—no need to commit to specific days in advance.

Student Care Offerings

Before School Care

Morning BTC is from 7:15 to 8:15 a.m.

Start your child’s day with supervised, engaging care in a familiar setting. Students enter through the front doors, where BTC staff will greet them.

Monthly Rates:
1 Day/week - $36
2 Days/week - $58
3 Days/week - $73
4 Days/week - $96
5 Days/week - $115

Drop-In Rate: $10/day

Extended Hour (Early Threes, Preschool & Pre-K)

Extended hour is a program offered for Early Threes, Preschool and Pre-K students that extends their day from 2:15 to 3:15. Extended Hour students are cared for by classroom Teaching Assistants. Students hear a story, learn about music, have a movie days, free time and/or playground exploration before 3:15 carpool.

Students may enroll for the semester for as many days per week as are needed, or pay a drop-in rate.

After School Care

Afternoon BTC is from 3:15 to 6:00 p.m.

Students enjoy structured, enriching activities including outdoor play, fishing, nature hikes, indoor games, crafts, and creative play. Older students also have a dedicated quiet time for homework in our study hall.

Pickup is through the SchoolSafe kiosk in the front lobby.

Students may enroll for the semester for as many days per week as are needed, or pay a drop-in rate.

Holiday All Day BTC 2025-26

BTC is available on many non-instructional school holidays. Students will enjoy a full day of fun and creative programming led by our BTC staff and Teaching Assistants. Students enjoy outdoor play, nature hikes, fishing, crafts, painting, movies, indoor games, and snack times.
