To help make tuition more manageable, St. Mary’s offers a variety of options for qualifying families:

Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit

St. Mary’s supports families participating in the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit program. Once enrollment is complete, we provide guidance and the necessary documentation to help families apply for the credit. Students are eligible for this program beginning in Pre-K and families may qualify for up to $7,500 for tuition & fees.

Financial Aid

Need-based financial assistance is available to qualifying families. Applications are submitted through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, with a deadline of March 15th each year.

Military Discount

St. Mary’s is proud to offer a 15% military discount to the children of servicemen and women.

Multi-Student Discount

Families with three or more children enrolled at St. Mary’s may qualify for a multi-student discount. Tuition is discounted 10% for the second child and 15% for the third child. Younger siblings already enrolled will continue to receive the applicable discount once their older siblings graduate.

Fees

Along with the cost of tuition, families are responsible for the fees described below. These fees are non-refundable, and are paid throughout your onboarding process.

Application Fee

The application fee ($75) is a one-time fee paid when a new student application is submitted.

Enrollment Fee

A non-refundable enrollment fee of $425 is due annually on February 15 for returning students and is submitted with the enrollment contract for new students. This fee helps cover administrative costs and serves as a commitment to reserve your child’s place at St. Mary’s for the upcoming school year.

Student Fee

A $450 student fee is due annually on April 15. This fee helps cover classroom and student supplies, field trips, technology resources, and supports the St. Mary’s Parent Organization.

Flexible Payment Options

Tuition payments are auto drafted from bank or credit card accounts through FACTS Tuition Management on the following dates:

Payment in full - June 15
Semi-annual - June 15 and December 15
Monthly - June through March on the 15th day

A 5% payment plan fee will be assessed on semi-annual and monthly payment plans.
