St. Mary's Episcopal School strives to foster a genuine love of learning in each student. We believe that a strong education founded in joyful learning benefits the entire community.

  • Our Graduates are admitted to leading private and public selective enrollment middle schools. Students who attend their local public school after graduating from St. Mary's are well prepared for a Pre-AP/AP course path.
  • St. Mary's provides state-of-the-art facilities. Our classrooms are equipped with smart boards, e-beams, iPads, and Chromebooks.
  • St. Mary's has been a community leader in early childhood and elementary education for over 45 years. We now have many legacy students and are so happy to see parents wanting to pass their St. Mary's experience on to their children.

Fees

Along with the cost of tuition, families are responsible for the fees listed below. These fees differ by grade, are non-refundable, and are paid throughout your onboarding process:

Application Fee

The application fee ($75) is a one-time fee paid when a new student application is submitted.

Enrollment Fee

The enrollment fee ($400) is due annually on February 15th for returning students, and is paid with the enrollment contract for new students. The fee covers administrative expenses and represents the consideration you offer the school to hold a place for your child.

Student Fee

The student fee ($400) is non-refundable and due on or before April 15th. The fee covers costs such as classroom supplies, technology expenses and other student expenses.

Parental Choice Tax Credit

Once enrollment is completed, SMES will assist families in obtaining an Enrollment Verification Form (EVF) from the state. For families re-enrolling, we anticipate this form will be provided annually in late November or early December, so you may apply for the tax credit online. More information about the tax credit, including FAQs, can be found online here

Payment

Two options are offered for tuition payment. Families may pay annually, or in ten monthly installments using ACH transfer (monthly payments incur a 5% fee).

Annual payments must be paid by June 22nd. Monthly tuition will be transferred from July through April. All credit card payments will incur a 1.5% processing fee. Payment details can be arranged through our business office.
