We Can't Wait to Meet You

Finding the right school “fit” is such an important part of helping your child find happiness and reach his or her full potential. This is an exciting time for your family, and we are eager to partner with you to help make the enrollment process easy and enjoyable. Your journey to find the best school for your child and family can start with these easy steps:

The best way to learn about St. Mary's is to tour our beautiful 51-acre campus! This step is encouraged, but not required to complete the admissions process.

We are happy to offer both in-person and virtual tours. You may schedule your tour by filling out an online inquiry, or by calling our admissions office at 405.341.9541. Children are always welcome on tours, but are not required to attend.

We would love to show you our school in action and look forward to the opportunity to meet you!

Create an online account by clicking here to apply (this includes a $75 non-refundable application fee to be paid online). Your work can be saved in progress if you need to stop and complete later.

We strongly recommend applying the fall prior to the year you would like your child to start at St. Mary's to help secure a space. St. Mary's enrolls new students on a rolling basis where space allows.

A student's visit day is a fun part of the admissions process. This experience varies by grade level, but typically involves a child spending time in a classroom of their current grade level and experience first-hand the excitement and engagement of a school day at St. Mary's. The Office of Admissions will contact you to arrange your child’s visit. The time and duration of the visit vary based on the age of the applicant.

Admissions assessments are specific to each grade level. Assessments will be conducted by the Admissions Director in conjunction with the student's visit day.

The following forms are required:

1. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate and up-to-date immunization record.

2. Current grades and school records are required for 1st - 5th Grade applicants.

3. Teacher recommendation forms for any child who has attended a previous school, preschool, Mother's Day Out, or daycare.

Our Admissions Committee reviews all completed applicant files and will reach out to you regarding the admissions decision.

When a child is offered enrollment, a non-refundable enrollment deposit of $400 is required along with the enrollment contract to secure the spot.
