Grade Levels: Preschool - 5th Grade
Position Overview
The Resource Teacher will strengthen student learning and behavioral support by coordinating targeted interventions, partnering with teachers, and supporting students and families while promoting consistent, research-based practices across classrooms. This collaborative, non-evaluative teaching role enhances instruction by helping implement effective school-wide systems, providing instructional strategies and curriculum support, working with students through small groups or targeted support, and monitoring progress to guide next steps.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and create individualized student educational plans for students needing academic, social, or behavioral support, ensuring consistent strategies across classrooms.
- Help develop a system of support to identify students early and provide appropriate interventions.
- Provide direct student support through:
- Small-group academic instruction for underachieving students
- Enrichment groups for overachieving students
- Social skills and citizenship instruction
- Targeted behavioral intervention as needed
- Collaborate with and train teachers and teacher assistants in differentiation, behavior support, and effective instructional strategies.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and school administrators to support school-wide events and community culture
- Uphold the mission and values of the school
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Current Oklahoma Teaching Certification
- Minimum (5) five years of successful school-based experience in education, counseling, or student support services
- Minimum of (3) three years of successful experience with progress monitoring, designing interventions, and responding to interventions
- Knowledge of positive behavior interventions, social-emotional learning (SEL), restorative practices, trauma-informed practices, and family engagement
- Knowledge of current research on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional learning (SEL) interventions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collect and analyze data to drive decision-making and improvement

Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary Music Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate has a passion for teaching music to young learners, understands age-appropriate instruction, and fosters a positive, engaging classroom environment. This role involves teaching music to students in Kindergarten through 5th grade and coordinating one performance per grade level each school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate music instruction for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade
- Develop and implement lesson plans that introduce foundational music concepts such as rhythm, melody, movement, singing, and basic music literacy
- Maintain a well-managed, structured, and supportive classroom environment
- Prepare each grade level for one performance per school year, including rehearsals and coordination with school staff
- Assess student progress and provide feedback appropriate to each age level

The Opportunity
St. Mary’s seeks a friendly, organized Business Office Associate to support the daily operations of the Business Office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and taking ownership of recurring administrative and bookkeeping tasks. The role also supports the Chief Financial Officer and the school’s accounting services partner (who provides controller-level services to the school).
This role is fast-paced, service-oriented, and highly detail-driven, with daily work involving customer service, data entry, document preparation, and routine business office support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide warm, timely assistance to parents and staff with basic billing, payment, or benefits questions.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and help families with tuition and billing information.
• Enter and maintain accurate financial and personnel data across school systems.
• Gather and submit payroll information and timesheet approvals.
• Process employee and volunteer expense reimbursements.
• Prepare and submit purchase orders and vendor invoices for review.
• Support onboarding and offboarding steps, including background checks and benefits paperwork.
• Maintain organized digital and paper files for financial, HR, and operational documents.
• Assist with routine bookkeeping tasks such as matching records between systems and preparing documents for reviews or audits.
• Provide polished administrative support, including scheduling, document formatting, and preparing Board materials.
• Assist with vendor coordination and modernization projects.
Preferred Qualifications
• Three or more years in administrative support, bookkeeping, customer service, HR support, or office operations.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence.
• Attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks and checklists.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general comfort learning new systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures accurately.

Schedule and Compensation
Full-time during the academic year with a reduced summer schedule. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications; includes a comprehensive benefits package with 50% tuition remission for eligible dependents of employees.

St. Mary's Episcopal School is seeking fun, energetic, and flexible teachers for the School's Before and After School Program - Beyond the Classroom (BTC). BTC students are all enrolled at St. Mary's Episcopal School and range in age from 2.5 years old - 5th grade. BTC runs from 7:15-8:15 each morning and 3:15-6:00 each evening. Flexible days and hours are available.
Applicants should be personable, creative, flexible, and have a genuine desire to work with elementary and early childhood aged students in a private school environment.
This is an ideal job for a candidate pursuing a degree in education.
Responsibilities:
