Before & After Care at St. Mary’s

Designed exclusively for St. Mary’s Episcopal School students, our Before and After Care program, Beyond the Classroom (BTC), provides families with dependable, flexible support in a warm, familiar environment where children feel known, safe, and cared for.

We understand that school days don’t always match workdays — and we’re here to help.

Before School Care

7:15–8:15 a.m.
Students are welcomed through the front doors by our caring staff and enjoy calm, supervised time before their school day begins.

Options include flexible weekly scheduling or convenient drop-in care when needed.

Extended Hour (Early 3s, Preschool & Pre-K)

2:15–3:15 p.m.

Our youngest learners continue their day with familiar classroom assistants, enjoying stories, music, free play, and outdoor time until carpool at 3:15 p.m.

After School Care

3:15–6:00 p.m.

Students unwind, explore, and engage in a variety of activities, including:

• Outdoor play, nature walks, and seasonal adventures
• Arts & crafts, games, and creative projects
• Homework study hall for older students

Pickup is simple and secure using the SchoolSafe kiosk in the front lobby. Flexible weekly scheduling and drop-in options are available.

Holiday Care

Available on many school closure days, our full-day care programs feature crafts, games, outdoor time, movies, and plenty of St. Mary’s fun — offering peace of mind on out-of-the-ordinary weekdays. 

Holiday Care is available for $80/day
