Your application process begins by creating an account here. We encourage you to be as thorough as possible in the application, so we can get to know your family & child better! You can begin the application and come back to it at any time. Once the application is submitted with the $75 application fee, our Admissions Director will reach out with the next steps.

A student visit is a fun and important part of the admissions process. Visits vary by grade but typically allow your child to spend time in a classroom, experiencing a St. Mary’s school day firsthand. Once an application is received, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule the visit, with timing and duration tailored to your child’s age. 

Your child’s admissions assessment will take place during their visit and is tailored to their grade level. The Admissions Director will conduct the assessment as part of the visit day experience.

The following items are required as part of the admissions process:

• Most recent report cards & school records for 1st-5th Grade applicants
• Teacher recommendation forms for any child who has attended a previous school, preschool, Mother's Day Out, or daycare. You will have the opportunity to send this directly to their teacher through the application process. All responses will be sent directly to St. Mary's Admissions and are kept confidential.
• The Admissions Committee may ask to see supplemental documents (IEP forms, other teacher notes, etc.) on an as-needed basis.

Our Admissions Committee carefully reviews each completed application and will reach out to you regarding the admissions decision. It is always our desire to enroll children who will thrive and feel at home at St. Mary's. 

When your child is offered enrollment, a non-refundable $425 fee and a completed enrollment contract will secure their spot. You can find more information on tuition & fee schedules here.
