Summer at St. Mary's
KaleidEscape Summer Camp is for children ages 3-11. Each session is one week in length and meets daily from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You may enroll in any number of sessions (all four or any combination of the four). Enrollment is open to the public, as well as our current St. Mary's students. Arts and crafts, drama, hiking, science fun and a bounce house are just a few of the great activities we enjoy! Cost: $180/session
2019 KaleidEscape Themes:
Week 1: June 3-7. Mythical Creatures
Is that a unicorn on the playground and a Pikachu at the pond? Campers will explore mythical creatures through art, science, reading, creative play, and more. Bring your favorite stuffed animal or Pokemon cards each day.
Week 2: June 10-14. Under the Sea
All aboard! Cruise out to the "islands" as we dive into island life with native cooking, arts, crafts, digging for treasure and learning about ocean life.
Week 3: June 17-21. Full STEAM Ahead
S.T.E.A.M. stands for science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Highlights this week will include engineering a miniature zip line and creating some pieces of geometric art.
Week 4: June 24-28. All-American Road Trip
This summer, campers can explore regional crops, dialects, games, music, and art from all across the United States without ever asking, "Are we there yet?"
We will engage in hair-raising Science experiments, exciting Technology exploration, inspiring Engineering projects, fun & messy Art, and interactive Math games with Mrs. Javaheri.
For children entering Kindergarten through 4th grade. $160/session

Session 1: Monday, June 3rd - Thursday, June 6th 2:30-5:00
Session 2: Monday, June 10th - Thursday, June 13th 2:30-5:00
Session 3: Monday, June 24th - Thursday, June 28th 2:30-5:00
Summer Music Program
An intensive and fun week of creating, writing, experiencing, and playing different types of music on drums, xylophones, ukuleles, shakers, voices, and more with Mrs. Lisa Day.
Music Camp is available to current students, past students, future students, and anyone else (entering kindergarten-sixth grade) who wants to expand their knowledge of music and play some great instruments!
June 17-20, 2019. 2:30-5:30 p.m.
Campers will experiment, explore art, culture, nature, the great outdoors and science. We will also enjoy outdoor sports, hiking, and picnic lunches.
Can you blow up a balloon using science? Can you make flowers change color? What makes a sailboat go? We will answer these questions and more, and each child will get to make exciting projects to take home each week. Guest speakers will attend each week to enrich the campers' experience.
Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Ages 4-12. $165/session - includes a snack, supplies, and Chick-Fil-A lunch on Friday.
Summer Coding Camp
Campers will create their own programs and games with Mrs. Sutch. Drones and bots will be at their control as they learn to code in a variety of styles and environments. Come to enjoy a week-long coding experience that will fuel a love of computer science. Coding Camp is open to any child entering grades 2-6.
July 22-26, 2019. 8:30 - 12:00. $175
Preschool Practice Camp
Preschoolers will be introduced to daily activities such as morning meeting, calendar, learning centers, individualized instruction, and outdoor learning. Campers will conduct science experiments, cook together and make adorable crafts. We will discuss lunch procedures an expectations. Please send a lunch with your child. Parents will also practice our carpool procedures at the end of each day.
