Applying to St. Mary's
St. Mary's offers classes for children ages two and a half through fifth grade. Our enrollment process seeks to foster and determine a match between the individual student and the specific program offered by St. Mary’s School.
The best time to apply for admission is the fall prior to the school year for which you would like your child to begin their education at St. Mary's School.

Schedule a Visit
While we are happy to supply as much information as possible electronically or over the phone, there is no replacement for a campus visit to see our school in action. To schedule your campus visit please contact Kelly Guinn, Director of Admissions and Marketing at 405.341.9541 x103 or plan to attend one of our admission events.
Complete and Submit an Application
Our application process must be completed before an enrollment decision can be made. The application should be completed online and submitted along with a $65 non-refundable fee.
Please contact Kelly Guinn, Director of Admissions, to schedule your child's student visit and/or assessment. Your child will visit in a classroom with students of the same age.
The re-enrollment deadline for current families is February 15th. Spaces become available to new students on February 16th in grade levels that are at or close to capacity. However, if your child has been accepted and space is available sooner, an enrollment contract will be sent and you will be given a deadline to respond.
If an applicant is qualified to attend St. Mary’s School but there are no spaces available in the student's grade level, the applicant will be placed in a wait pool. When and if an opening becomes available, the Admission Committee will select the most appropriate candidate for the opening.
