Application Process

Application Process

St. Mary's Episcopal School of Edmond offers classes for children ages three through fifth grade. Our enrollment process seeks to foster and determine a match between the individual student and the specific program offered by St. Mary’s School which best fits the needs of that student.

To apply for admission, please complete an application for enrollment and submit the application fee of $65. Returning students and parishioners of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church are given priority consideration during the enrollment process.

St. Mary’s School is currently accepting applications for a limited number of openings for the 2017-2018 school year.  Applications for the 2018-2019 school year will be available mid-October.

Admissions Timeline

Applications are accepted beginning in October for the following academic year.

Preschool/Pre-K Student Visits and elementary entrance assessments are scheduled when all required application materials are received. Admissions decisions are made immediately following the completion of all admissions requirements in grade levels where space is available.

The re-enrollment deadline for current families is February 15, 2017. Spaces become available to new students on February 16, 2017 in grade levels that are at or close to capacity. However, if your child has been accepted and space is available sooner, an enrollment contract will be sent and you will be given a deadline to respond.

If an applicant is qualified to attend St. Mary’s School but there are no spaces available in the student's grade level, the applicant will be placed in a wait pool. When and if an opening becomes available, the Admission Committee will select the most appropriate candidate for the opening.
